*Quick review, some spoilers
After tangling with a couple of thugs in a burning building, Dan’s personal physician invites him to get away with him to New Orleans where he is opening a new clinic. Dan accepts, and the two go to New Orleans, only to have Dan trouble him. All this, and Ms Fury, too!
Silverline Comics has done it again! In this addition to their superhero universe, Silverline Team-Up #1, is a fun and action-packed read that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
The story follows Dan, as he is invited by his personal physician to New Orleans where he is opening a new clinic. However, things don’t go as planned as Dan finds himself in trouble, and to make matters worse, he also crosses paths with the fierce Ms Fury.
The creative team behind this issue, writer Roland Mann, artist Peter Clinton, inker Thomas Florimonte, and colorist Roberta Conroy, all work together seamlessly to create a visually stunning and engaging comic book. The action scenes are expertly choreographed and the colors jump off of the pages, making for a truly immersive reading experience.
What makes this issue particularly special is the team-up aspect. As Ms Fury and The Champion (who first appeared in an issue of Cat & Mouse) literally pop out of the comic panels in each action scene. It’s always exciting to see different characters from the same universe come together, and Silverline Team-up #1 delivers on that front. A real enthusiastic introduction to both The Champion and Ms Fury.
Overall, Silverline Team-Up #1 is a must-read for fans of the Silverline Comics Universe (hey! we can actually call it the SCU, right?) or anyone who enjoys a fun and action-packed superhero story. With its engaging story, fantastic art, and exciting team-up, this issue is sure to leave readers wanting more! Which characters could we possibly look forward to showing up in issue 2?
Silverline Team-Up #1: An Action-Packed Addition to the Superhero Universe
Silverline Team-up #1 Ms Fury and The Champion (who originally appeared in Cat & Mouse) as they fight bad guys from panel to panel! Which is exciting for readers who enjoy seeing different characters from the same universe come together in masterful action sequences.
