Ocala Anime-Fest Returns This Valentine's Day Weekend
11SHARESAnime fans, this one’s for you! If you’ve been looking for the perfect excuse to dust off that cosplay and geek out with fellow fans, we’ve got some amazing news.
The Ocala Anime-Fest is coming to the Hilton Ocala on Saturday, February 14, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and trust us when we say this is going to be the anime collectors’ dream come true. Whether you’re into Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z, Yu Yu Hakusho, My Hero Academia, or pretty much any anime fandom you can think of, this show has something for everyone.
What Makes This Event So Special?
This isn’t just another convention. The Ocala Anime-Fest is specifically designed for true collectors and fans who appreciate the breadth of anime culture. The promoter is a long-time collector themselves, so they know exactly what makes an event great. You’ll find exhibitors selling everything from Pokemon candy and retro video games to original artwork, TCG cards, apparel, jewelry, magazines, and toys. Basically, if it’s anime-related, it’s probably here.
Meet Some Legendary Voice Actors!
One of the coolest parts of this event? Getting to meet actual anime industry professionals! This year’s guest roster includes some seriously talented voice actors:
- Chuck Huber (known for his work in DBZ, Yu Yu Hakusho, and My Hero Academia)
- Peter Kelamis (the voice of Goku in DBZ and Ed, Edd & Eddy)
- Kent Williams (DBZ, Fullmetal Alchemist, and My Hero Academia)
- Special Guest PikaBelleChu
These are the voices you’ve grown up with, the characters you’ve loved, and now you can actually meet them in person. How cool is that?
What Else Can You Do?
Beyond shopping and meeting guests, there’s plenty to keep you busy all day long:
- Cosplay Contest at 4:00 PM – Got an amazing costume? Show it off! Registration is free during the show.
- Anime Panels – Learn, discuss, and dive deep into your favorite series.
- Video Game Tournaments – Test your skills and compete with other gamers.
- Artist Alley – Discover incredible fan art and commission custom sketches.
