Kill 6 Billion Demons Volume 5 Drops This Spring
14SHARESTom Parkinson-Morgan is back with the fifth volume of Kill 6 Billion Demons. Breaker of Infinities hits comic shops on February 4th and bookstores on March 10th from Image Comics.
The series started as a webcomic and built a cult following online through a top Patreon campaign before Image Comics picked it up. Sorority sister Allison Ruth got ripped away from her normal life and dropped into Throne, a multiversal metropolis at the center of all worlds. She’s been caught up in an ancient feud between tyrannical god-kings and ended up hosting a power she can’t understand or control.
Allison has broken into the Blood Flower’s palace, plunged into the vault of the grand dragon Mammon, and fought in god-emperor Solomon’s interdimensional martial arts tournament. She’s seen it all. But now the sky is on fire. Jagganoth, the Wheel Turning King and most powerful demiurge, has returned with his swords out. The tension between the rulers of the Red City is about to explode into all-out war, and Allison might not survive it.
The series blends heavy metal influences with French fantasy comics, similar to Daniel Warren Johnson’s Do a Powerbomb and Extremity. If you’re into World of Warcraft, Magic the Gathering, Final Fantasy, or Dungeons & Dragons, this hits that same vibe. There’s also an RPG tie-in by Parkinson-Morgan with an expanding universe of characters and lore.
