Brett Bean’s D’orc keeps selling out. Issue #2 sold out at the distributor level and Image Comics is rushing it back to print for March 25th. Issue #1 is also getting a third printing on March 18th. The series follows a half dwarf, half orc orphan who’s fated to end the world according to prophecy. Armed with a wisecracking enchanted shield and Ghost-chicken-with-its-head-cutoff, D’orc stumbles into Sunderaine’s never-ending war.
Robert Kirkman and David Finch’s Skinbreaker is getting collected in two massive deluxe hardcover editions from Skybound and Image Comics. Both versions collect the full eight-issue run in Treasury-sized format at 8.5″ by 13.5″. You can grab it in full color with Annalisa Leoni’s colors, or in black and white if you want to see Finch’s line work without distractions. The series has been performing well since it launched back in September 2025, with issue one selling out and going to a second printing.
Curt Pires and Franklin Jonas are bringing something fresh to the Lost Fantasy universe. Fireborn #1 will be available at comic book shops on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 from Image Comics, with art by Patrick Mulholland. Aaron Hillburg is a rich kid avoiding his billionaire father when a floating dragon egg bonds to him and unlocks ancient magic he didn’t know he had. Now every dangerous wizard, biker cultist, and supernatural warlord between New York City and The World Beneath wants that egg, and they’re willing to burn everything down to get it.
