Convention Report: Infinity Toy & Comic Con – Kissimmee

The first Infinity Toy & Comic Con to take place in Kissimmee Florida was this past weekend on August 25th and 26th 2018 at the Osceola Heritage Park Convention Center. Choc’ full of guests including comic book pioneers Joe Staton and Nicola Cuti.

Also included on the guest roster was Ghost Rider artist Mark Texiera, Constantine artist Moritat, Jae Lee artist of Wolverine, John Beatty artist on The Defenders, Karl Molne artist on Buffy The Vampire Slayer,Gred Kirkpatrick artist on Rick & Morty, Richard Rivera creator of Stabbity Bunny, and and local comic book artist Javier Lugo.

Along with many media guests including legendary voice actor Marty Grabstein of Courage The Cowardly Dog, Jyote Amge actor on American Horror Story, John Martino who played Paulie Gatto in The Godfather and Randy Jones, the original cowboy in the Village People.

This was a first time show which ran very smoothly and had good attendance. I picked up a few action figures and some sketches from the guest artists. From what it looked like people were buying as I saw people walking around with many bags and boxes.

Our table was just a few feet from the entrance so I noticed the influx of customers coming in when doors opened and the flow of them going in and out. Plenty of people visited our table, spent money and chatted us up. I always enjoy meeting new people and talking some comic book and pop culture talk.

This was a fun convention and I’ll be looking forward to the next one.
