Today I went to a secluded area to try to watch the first launch of the U.S. Space Force and took a walk in a wooded area. We also chat about theme parks – when will Disney and Universal re-open and what should you do if you have plans that were canceled or postponed? I also show you a bit of what we’ve been cooking and philosophize with some life lessons from Star Trek!
