Mac Sabbath w/ Must Not Kill @ The Conduit in Winter Park Florida

If you’re a Black Sabbath fan with a taste for fast food, Mac Sabbath is the band for you. This unique group blends parody and tribute, putting a comedic twist on classic Black Sabbath songs by transforming the lyrics into humorous commentary about food and healthy eating. The band features Ronald Osbourne on vocals, Slayer MacCheeze on guitar, Grimalice on bass, and the Catburglar on drums, and they have coined their genre as “drive-thru metal.”

Touring extensively across the country, Mac Sabbath has made a name for themselves with their over-the-top performances and bizarre props, including laser eyes and clown heads. Their concerts are a visual spectacle, but the band’s mission goes beyond entertainment—they aim to raise awareness about the harmful effects of fast food and promote healthier lifestyles.

Mac Sabbath recently garnered widespread attention after a viral video showed them performing for the legendary Ozzy Osbourne, who enthusiastically embraced their quirky style. The video features Ozzy donning a clown nose and wig while enjoying their rendition of “Iron Man,” adding to the band’s growing fame.

Despite their comedic approach, Mac Sabbath is serious about their message. Through their energetic shows and catchy tunes, they encourage fans to reconsider their fast food habits. Their dedication to spreading this message is evident in their performances and music.

For those seeking a concert experience that’s both entertaining and thought-provoking, Mac Sabbath delivers. Their blend of nostalgia, satire, and a powerful message makes their shows unforgettable. You might even find yourself craving a salad instead of a burger after seeing them live.

I attended Mac Sabbath’s show at The Conduit in Winter Park, Florida, and it was an incredible experience filled with fun and energy. Although I had arranged an interview with the band, they ultimately declined to participate. Nonetheless, their performance left a lasting impression.
