A Collaboration Years in the Making
For Remender, this story is deeply personal. “It has long been a dream to create something personal together, and there is nothing more personal than the Terrific Teacup stories I told my kids as they grew up,” he shared. Seeing these characters come to life through Dalrymple’s artistry has been a highlight of his career. Dalrymple, known for his work on The Wrenchies and Pop Gun War, echoed this sentiment, calling the collaboration “a dream” and expressing excitement about the unique and moving book they’ve created.
