Ocoee is about to get a dose of comic book excitement! Free Comic Book Day returns on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, and West Orange Comics and Video Games is the place to be for fans of all ages.
Starting at 10 AM, the store will be handing out free comic books all day long—no strings attached. Whether it’s a first visit or a long-standing tradition, this is the perfect time to explore new titles, meet fellow fans, and celebrate comic book culture.
This year’s event features some truly incredible special guests:
Gary Barker, known worldwide for his work on Garfield the Cat
PitchGrim, artist and Director of Art at Santa Cruz Skateboards
Scott Fensterer, special effects pro, runner up on the SyFy Channel series Face Off, and producer of Monster Manor TV
Visitors will have a chance to chat with the artists, take photos, and hear stories straight from the creative minds behind beloved characters and iconic designs.
Expect a packed house, plenty of free swag, and an atmosphere buzzing with excitement. Comic collectors, pop culture fans, and families looking for a fun day out will all find something to love.
