Step Into the Age of Dinosaurs at Jurassic Quest Jacksonville

If you’re looking for a fun and unforgettable experience for the whole family this summer, you’ll want to mark your calendar. Jurassic Quest is returning to Jacksonville from Friday, July 11 to Sunday, July 13, 2025, and it’s bringing an incredible lineup of life-sized dinosaurs, interactive exhibits, and hands-on activities to the Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center.

This isn’t your typical museum-style dinosaur display. Jurassic Quest is a full-scale event packed with life-like animatronic dinosaurs that move, roar, and stomp. You’ll encounter everything from towering T. rexes to the massive Spinosaurus and long-necked Apatosaurus. Whether your kids are obsessed with prehistoric creatures or just looking for a new kind of adventure, this event delivers excitement on every level.

Beyond the main exhibit, Jurassic Quest offers a wide variety of engaging activities. Kids can explore fossil digs, enjoy interactive science stations, and get creative with crafts and coloring. There’s even a soft play area designed specifically for toddlers, along with bounce houses and dinosaur-themed rides for older children. If you have little ones who love to move, climb, and explore, this event will keep them busy for hours.

One of the highlights is the chance to meet baby dinosaurs up close, along with the raptor training experience that combines showmanship with education. Jurassic Quest manages to strike a great balance—it’s entertaining, but there’s also a lot to learn about paleontology, natural history, and the incredible creatures that once ruled the Earth.

Event Schedule:

  • Friday, July 11 – 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

  • Saturday, July 12 – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
