Get Ready for Some Seriously Messed Up Horror at Ocala Grindhouse 7

Horror fans, this one’s for you. Ocala Grindhouse 7 is going down October 18, 2025 at the Marion Theatre, 50 S Magnolia Avenue in Ocala, and it’s bringing two absolute bangers for a double feature that’s not messing around.

The lineup? Tokyo Gore Police and Night of the Demons. Two movies for ten bucks. That’s the kind of deal that makes sense when you want a night of unapologetic horror mayhem.

Tokyo Gore Police is exactly what it sounds like. Japanese splatter at its finest, completely unhinged, and not holding back on anything. If you’re into wild practical effects and gore that pushes boundaries, this delivers. Night of the Demons is a classic 80s horror party gone wrong situation. Demons, possession, practical effects, and that old school horror atmosphere that newer movies just can’t replicate.

Doors open at 5 PM, movie starts at 6 PM. Get there early because they’re handing out free souvenir barf bags while supplies last. That should tell you everything you need to know about what kind of night this is going to be.

The Marion Theatre sets the perfect vibe for grindhouse cinema. Drink specials run throughout the night, so you can grab a beer and settle in for some seriously disturbing entertainment. This isn’t your typical movie theater experience, this is grindhouse done right.

Fair warning though, this event is strictly 17 and up. No kids allowed, and honestly, that’s probably for the best given what’s about to hit the screen.

Ten dollars gets you two movies, drink specials, and a free barf bag. That’s better value than most single movie tickets these days, and way more memorable. Ocala Grindhouse knows how to put together a solid horror event for fans who appreciate the extreme side of the genre.

My love for heavy metal and horror films runs deep—these genres are practically in my DNA. Friends know me as the go-to guy for everything from crushing guitar riffs to the most bone-chilling horror flicks, and my enthusiasm is contagious. Whether I’m headbanging to the latest metal release or dissecting the creepiest storylines, I’m all in. And, yeah, I’ve got a soft spot for anime too when the mood strikes!
