Tampa is getting ready for a big weekend of comics, celebrities, anime, cosplay, and pop culture as the Tampa Bay Comic & Pop Culture Convention returns to the Tampa Bay Convention Center September 4-6, 2026.
The convention has a little something for just about every kind of fan. The guest lineup includes actors, voice actors, authors, and comic creators, giving attendees plenty of opportunities to meet the people behind some of their favorite movies, television shows, comics, and animated series.
Among the guests appearing this year are Kane Hodder, known for playing Jason Voorhees in several Friday the 13th films, and voice actor Brandon McInnis, whose credits include Black Clover, Dr. Stone, My Hero Academia, and Demon Slayer. Overwatch voice actor Jonny Cruz is also scheduled to appear.
Comic fans will have plenty to explore as well, with creators including Ron Garney, Tim Bradstreet, Alex Saviuk, Bob Almond, Pat Broderick, Sal Velluto, Dan Parent, Stuart Sayger, Gavin Smith, Jeff Shanks, JP Mavinga, and others scheduled to attend.
Author Ryan La Sala is also part of the guest lineup, with appearances and panels covering topics ranging from horror and YA fiction to writing supernatural characters.
The convention floor will give fans a chance to shop from artists, vendors, and exhibitors while also checking out panels, celebrity appearances, photo opportunities, and other convention activities.
The 2026 show runs Friday, September 4 through Sunday, September 6 at the Tampa Bay Convention Center. Friday programming runs from 11am to 8pm, Saturday from 11am to 8pm, and Sunday from 11am to 5pm. Vendor floor hours vary slightly each day.
