Twelve editions. Three venues. One Wednesday afternoon that Orlando’s punk scene has been looking forward to.
Orlando Pre-Pre-Fest #12 takes place October 21, 2026, bringing a sizable collection of touring and Florida bands to Will’s Pub, Lil Indies, and Framework Coffee on Mills Avenue.
If you’ve followed Orlando’s independent music scene for any length of time, you already know Will’s Pub. The venue has hosted countless punk, hardcore, indie, and alternative bands over the years, and it’s become one of those places where you can catch a nationally touring act one night and a local band playing its first show the next.
Pre-Pre-Fest takes that atmosphere and spreads it across three neighboring spaces.
This year’s lineup includes A Wilhelm Scream, Drag the River, The Moms, QUIT, Rodeo Boys, Arcadia Grey, Jen Pop, The Raging Nathans, Human Issue, Horace Pinker, Debt Neglector, The Dreaded Laramie, Don’t Panic, and Suck Brick Kid, among others.
It’s an interesting combination of bands representing different corners of punk rock. A Wilhelm Scream brings its fast, technically demanding melodic hardcore, while Drag the River offers a completely different approach with its country-influenced punk sound.
Then there’s QUIT, a name that longtime Florida punk fans should recognize. The Miami band has roots going back to the late 1980s and remains part of the state’s punk rock history.
That variety is what makes the lineup worth examining. It’s not simply a collection of bands that all sound alike. There are different generations, influences, and musical approaches sharing the same event.
Presented by Whatever, Dude Productions and Montgomery Drive, Pre-Pre-Fest also serves as an unofficial lead-in to Gainesville’s FEST. For touring musicians traveling through Florida, Orlando provides another stop along the way. For local audiences, it’s an opportunity to catch bands that might otherwise pass through the state without playing Central Florida.
And having three venues within walking distance gives the event a character of its own. Instead of staying in one room for the entire show, attendees can move between performances and experience different spaces along Mills Avenue.
Orlando Pre-Pre-Fest #12 takes place Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at Will’s Pub, Lil Indies, and Framework Coffee in Orlando. Doors open at 3:30 PM, and the event is for ages 18 and older.
Advance tickets are available.
Twelve editions is a respectable run for an independent music event, especially one built around bringing together touring musicians and Florida’s punk community.
Orlando Pre-Pre-Fest has established its own place on the calendar, and this year’s lineup gives longtime fans and newer listeners plenty of reasons to pay attention.
