The Kurt Busiek Universe Comes to Image Comics With New Arrowsmith, Astro City & More in 2022
Kurt Busiek, the bestselling writer of Avengers, Superman, Thunderbolts, Iron Man, JLA, and more, is returning to Image in a big way in 2022, with new entries in fan-favorite series, including Astro City, Arrowsmith and others, plus new creations and more, as he brings his creator-owned work to Image Comics as his primary publisher.
Mirka Andolfo’s Sweet Paprika #3 has sold out completely at the distributor level. Image has fast-tracked the issue for reprint in order to keep up with growing customer demand.
Leo Nocedo : How did you discover cosplaying?
Michael Stearns : Cosplay didn’t exist when I was younger but I always had a passion for making outfit and dressing up i also got to enjoy dressing my daughters up as well, which later down the line my children invited me out to a comic convention and a whole world of opportunity opened up for me to create.
