Rick Remender and Daniel Acuña’s Escape #1 has sold out at the distributor level once more, and we’re rushing it back to print for a fourth time. The series follows Milton Shaw, a bomber pilot shot down behind enemy lines with only 24 hours to escape before his own side drops a massive bomb on the city he’s trapped in.
Tyler Kirkham’s Final Boss sold through its entire distributor inventory and is rushing back to print with a second printing on January 14. The arcade beat-’em-up inspired series follows ex-street fighter Tommy Brazen as he uncovers his hidden past. Ryan Ottley of Invincible fame provides the new cover art for the reprint.
Image Comics is releasing a special black and white edition of Radiant Black #1 to celebrate the series’ fifth anniversary. The reprint strips away the color to showcase Marcelo Costa’s line work and includes Kyle Higgins’ original script for the first time. Radiant Black & White arrives in comic shops February 11, 2026, with cover art by David Finch.
There’s something undeniably compelling about Vikings, and Joe Pruett and Marcelo Frusin have tapped into that primal fascination with their new series “Viking Moon.” The premise alone had me hooked from the moment I cracked open this first issue. We all know the historical narrative about Norse expeditions to North America, but Pruett asks a tantalizing “what if” question that transforms this historical puzzle into something much more sinister. What if it wasn’t just the natives that drove the Vikings away? What if something far more dangerous prowled those dark forests?
