A big positive for this comic is the artwork. The panels depicting the city of Gotham and the Batcave had great detail and the artwork of the characters themselves looked excellent.

The Joker is on a mission to get his mojo back and prove to the world that there is no greater villainy than the kind that leaves you laughing.
This was an excellent second issue. It seemed to flow by faster than the first issue. I liked how they had Strange contact The Avengers in order to give a good reason for them not to be directly involved in combating this major enemy.
