New Spawn Universe series Misery—written by award winning creator Todd McFarlane and illustrated by
Szymon Kudrański (Blood Commandment)—is set to launch this June from Image Comics/Todd McFarlane Productions. This four issue miniseries will take readers on the compelling journey of teenager Cyan Fitzgerald, an iconic character who was first introduced in Spawn #3 and has been a part of the Spawn mythos ever since.
For the first time ever, a female writer will take up the mantle as a regular Spawn Universe scribe.
The world of comic books is filled with passion, creativity, and the pursuit of dreams. One such dreamer is, Florida based comic book artist Adam Riches, has set his sights on a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity – to create the cover art for a Spawn comic book.
The Eisner Award nominated ongoing series Killadelphia from writer Rodney Barnes (HBO’s American Gods, HBO’s Winning Time, and record-breaking Star Wars: The Mandalorian comic book series) and Jason Shawn Alexander (the artist who redefined Todd McFarlane’s legendary Spawn for a whole new generation) have more surprises in store for fans with a fleet of iconic characters ready to join in on the action. The new story arc begins with issue #31 in November from Image Comics.
