Street Fair: Friday, Nov. 22 – Sunday, Nov. 24
Miami Book Fair takes place at
Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus, where it was founded in 1984. A community-first event since the beginning, the Fair continues to reflect South Florida’s interests, while convening the brightest thinkers in contemporary literature from the U.S., Ibero America and the Caribbean. Many of the panels and readings in Spanish and Creole are simultaneously translated into English.
Hundreds of authors will present and discuss new books, hands-on learning activities will encourage kids to be lifelong readers, and live music from Miami’s coolest bands will ignite Downtown Miami.
