Leo Nocedo : How did you discover cosplaying?
Wesley Jermaine Thompson : I discovered cosplaying through steampunk.
Leo Nocedo : What was your first cosplay?
Wesley Jermaine Thompson : I cosplayed an OC Steampunk cosplay
Leo Nocedo : What are your next 3 cosplay plans?
Wesley Jermaine Thompson : Crono from Chrono Trigger The Mandalorian Saiyan Revamped Akatsuki Noire
Leo Nocedo : Have you ever been in a cosplay contest?
Wesley Jermaine Thompson : I’ve been in plenty of contests. I’ve been getting better at performances.
Leo Nocedo : Do you prefer sewing, armor making, or wig working?
Wesley Jermaine Thompson : I don’t know how to do either of those.
Leo Nocedo : Do you prefer to do photoshoots at cons or at specific locations?
Wesley Jermaine Thompson : I honestly have no preference where I shoot.
Leo Nocedo : Do you have any favorite cosplayers?
Wesley Jermaine Thompson : Haasgarthebrave, the guy who inspired Akatsuki Inquisitor. BlackCrystalcosplay, her tiktok content is so funny. Pretty much any mandalorian cosplayers.

Leo Nocedo : What’s the most detailed cosplay you’ve ever done?
Leo Nocedo : Do you prefer to cosplay solo or in a group?
Wesley Jermaine Thompson : I’d love to cosplay in a group
Leo Nocedo : Have you ever done a cosplay panel?
Wesley Jermaine Thompson : Nope but I’m gonna have a booth
Wesley Jermaine Thompson :  Do you prefer to buy or make cosplays?28. Buy as of now.
Leo Nocedo :  If you could tell your past self anything about cosplay, what would you say?
Wesley Jermaine Thompson : Just do it, like Nike. Stop talking about it and just do it.
Leo Nocedo :  What is your ultimate dream cosplay?
Wesley Jermaine Thompson : Abyss from. Mvc2
Leo Nocedo : What, in your opinion, makes a cosplayer a “pro” cosplayer?
Wesley Jermaine Thompson : If he/she/they makes every bit of their cosplay then they’re a pro in my eyes.
Leo Nocedo : What is your favorite part of cosplaying?
Wesley Jermaine Thompson : Being who you want to be while enjoying the fandoms. Showing out for pics and meeting your friends and getting into outside con adventures


Leo Nocedo is a cosplay photographer who has been using a camera for the last forty years in many forms , in the military and professional studios in Miami and New York city . He got his start in cosplay photography attending conventions with his brother Juan Nocedo . He keeps on doing what he does to honor his late brother .
