PokeKon Fest is Coming to Sarasota on February 7th

PokeKon Fest is hitting Sarasota on Saturday, February 7th, 2026 at the Sarasota Municipal Auditorium. The show runs from 10am to 5pm with free parking at the venue. Tickets are $20 for adults, and kids 11 and under get in free.

Exhibitors will have Pokemon candy, magazines, toys, video games including retro titles, TCG cards, artwork and sketches, cosplay gear, apparel, jewelry, and manga. Panels run throughout the day with Pokemon industry professionals and fandom celebrities showing up for meet and greets.

Voice actors Michael Haigney and Christopher Corey Smith are appearing at the show. Haigney is the original voice of Blastoise, Charmander, Snorlax, and Misty’s Psyduck from the Pokemon series. There’s a cosplay contest that’s free to register for, with rules and details available on the PokeKon website. Vendors will be selling Pokemon merchandise throughout the venue.

The Sarasota Municipal Auditorium is located at 801 N Tamiami Trail in Sarasota, Florida 34236. The venue sits in downtown Sarasota’s cultural district and offers 10,000 square feet of unobstructed floor space. Free parking makes it easy to get to without worrying about additional costs on top of admission.

PokeKon runs as a one-day trade show convention designed for Pokemon collectors and fans. Whether you’re into the cards, the games, the anime, or just collecting merchandise, the exhibitor selection covers a lot of ground.
