White Sky Sells Out Again, Third Printing April 8

White Sky from Image Comics sold out at the distributor level for the second time. The debut issue returns with a third printing April 8, 2026.

William Harms writes the series. He’s a two-time BAFTA nominated writer for video game Mafia III and an International Horror Guild Award finalist for Impaler. JP Mavinga handles art with colors by Lee Loughridge from Standstill.

The story follows Violet and her father David five years after the sky turned white and ended the world. Forced from hiding, they cross what remains of America toward San Francisco’s ruins, chasing rumors of refuge. The dead haunt the land and nowhere stays safe for the living.

The apocalyptic survival story targets fans of The Last of Us, The Walking Dead, and 28 Days Later. The world-building centers on the mysterious white sky event that destroyed civilization and the dangers facing survivors trying to reach safety.

Harms responded to the sellouts saying the reader response means everything to him. Watching people follow Violet’s story as it unfolds has him grateful for the support.

White Sky #1 third printing hits comic shops Wednesday, April 8, 2026 with Lunar Code 0226IM8070.

White Sky #2 arrives Wednesday, March 25, 2026 with three covers. Cover A by Mavinga carries Lunar Code 0126IM0451. Cover B by Mavinga uses Lunar Code 0126IM0452. Cover C features an Invincible team-up by Mavinga with Lunar Code 0126IM8064.
