Tigress Island Brings Pulp Mayhem to Image Comics This Fall

Image Comics is bringing a wild new graphic novel to comic shops this fall with Tigress Island, a standalone story from writer Patrick Kindlon and artist EPHK.

The story drops readers into a jungle nightmare where a group of washed-up starlets are kidnapped and taken to an island controlled by a brutal warden. With their freedom on the line, the women have to work together to escape while dealing with betrayal and danger along the way.

Kindlon, known for Gehenna and Stringer, teams with EPHK, the artist behind Harpy, for what Image Comics describes as a rough-and-ready pulp adventure packed with action.

Tigress Island is being released as a trade paperback and will be available at comic shops on Wednesday, November 25, 2026. The book will also reach bookstores and other retailers beginning December 22.

The standalone graphic novel looks to mix exploitation cinema influences with a neon-soaked jungle setting, giving readers a story built around survival, revenge, and escape.

For fans of pulpy action comics and stories that aren’t afraid to get rough, Tigress Island could be an interesting addition to the fall comic lineup.
